Pine River Home
Part of the project called for the 16x16 deck removed and a 24x16 100% pine tongue and groove four season sunroom built in it's place. A new 18x18 deck with an octagon screened gazebo off of the new fou4 season sunroom were added. Also included in the project was an 11x7 handicap bathroom.
Pelican Lake Home - Total Renovation and Addition
With a wonderful team to work with, clients, designer and all our sub-contractors, this home was completely remodeled, which transformed it into an updated spacious home. The lakeside addition filled with windows provides some of the most wonderful views of the lake.
Twin Lake Home - Add on Plus
This home was more than doubled in original size, with the existing home receiving a new roof line. The detached garage was removed and an attached was built with a boat/storage underneath and
loft above. This home has a lot of vaulted ceilings and unique usage of floor space.
Middle Whitefish Cabin
This cabin just keeps getting bigger and better,
with a side addition and alterations to both exterior and interior.

The new entry adds splendor to the curb appeal and it's a great outdoor shelter for all seasons.
Whitefish Chain of Lakes - Total Revamp
Demo existing interior to create the welcoming comfort of home.
Added an additional five feet to the upper level on the lake side.
Stone and timber columns. Windows to maximize lake view.
Added an additional 6 feet to both levels on the road side.
Added a covered front entry which created a welcoming atmosphere for those who enter.
Stone on knee wall. The kitchen received all new cabinets and high end appliances to complete a very relaxed and workable area. It is opened to the vaulted great room which invites conversation while relaxing or cooking. Flooring on main level and lower level is wood and tile.
