While working with North Ward Homes, Inc. as your contractor/builder and an independent architect or designer you will reap the benefits of getting the best expertise in each area. Designers can explore the full breadth of construction systems un-tethered to a specific contractor’s method, idealized themes or design.
North Ward Homes will work with your Designer/Architect/Draftsman or we could refer you to one or more of our associates. Whether we are working with your set of plans or a set of plans from one of our Designer/Architect associates, North Ward Homes has many years of professional experience to help insure your project meets the structural integrity and attention to detail, that we take pride in building.

North Ward Homes, Inc. has always believed that personal design and home plans should be done as a separate science. Truly competitive and objectively compared bids can only be obtained by having the blueprint and design components and the bids prepared and created by separate identities.
It's seemingly difficult for this to happen when a client solicits the all inclusive packages of a design build firm, however, while working with North Ward Homes, Inc., during the design and planning stages, we would still like to be available as it relates to the following:

our clients need

Upon the completion of the prints, we can set up a bid package and a set of building specifications and you own and control your prints; as you helped create them. You also can seek a bid from our appropriate peers; other full service contractors with employees.
